A Qloo taste agent
Get your product on the shows your customers watch.
Type your brand. Propped finds the TV your customers watch more than anyone else, puts you in front of those viewers this week, and pitches the sets most likely to say yes.

Sc. 01 · The problem
Sets need real products. Nobody tells you which sets.
Every kitchen, bar fridge and bedside table on TV is dressed by a props team, and most of what they use comes free from brands. The hard part for a small brand is knowing which shows its own customers watch. That answer lives in audience research a founder can’t buy.

Sc. 02 · How it works
From a brand name to a plan, in under a minute.
01Type your brandQloo finds it
Propped looks your brand up in Qloo, which knows what people who love one thing also love: brands, shows, music, food.
02See the shows your customers watchTwelve shows, ranked for you
The shows your customers watch far more than everyone else. Shows every brand gets are pushed down. Each one shows if it is still filming, its network and how close its audience is to yours.
03Be on TV this weekFrom about $100
The exact settings for a self serve TV campaign aimed at the same viewers: their ages, the genres and networks they watch. Paste them into Universal Ads and launch.
04Pitch the sets that will say yesRealistic first, addressed to real people
The agent looks at every show your customers watch that is still filming, rates how likely each is to take free product, and writes a letter to the people who dress the set, with what to send.
05The agent keeps goingUntil you are on screen
Mark each show on the pitch board. A no gets the next best set and a new letter, silence gets a follow up, a reply gets an answer, shipped product gets a watch plan from the real air dates.

Sc. 05 · Built on Qloo
Your list, not everyone’s.
Qloo knows which shows the people who love your brand watch. Some shows turn up for many brands, so Propped pushes those down and lifts the ones that belong to you.

Grand Designs, The Great Interior Design Challenge, Grand Designs Australia

Jury Duty Presents, Shrinking, Sprung

The World According to Jeff Goldblum, Jack Whitehall: Travels with My Father, Lenox Hill
Sc. 06 · Fair questions
Before you send a thing.
01Does product placement really cost nothing?
Most of it, yes. Sets need real products, and crews take them from brands for free. Paid deals exist, but they are the exception. Propped writes the free kind of pitch.
02Who do I send the letter to?
Each letter names who it goes to: the production designer when the show lists one, and the production company’s office that makes the show. Each one links to the company’s website when it is known, and to a search for its production office. Propped never sends anything for you.
03Which shows will actually say yes?
Unscripted shows dress real homes and kitchens and take free product often, so they come first. Big scripted shows on the major networks rarely take an unknown brand without an ad buy, so Propped marks them and pitches them only when nothing better is filming.
04Where does the data come from?
Which shows your customers watch, and the age and gender lean of each audience, come from Qloo. Show status, network and posters come from TVmaze. The production company comes from Wikipedia.
05Can I buy ads on one exact show?
Not on self serve platforms. They sell genres, networks and audiences. Propped uses your shows to pick the genres and networks, and says so plainly.
06What if my brand isn’t found?
You get a clear message, never a guess. Try a brand your customers also buy, and you will see who they are.
07Does it use personal data?
No. Qloo works on anonymous taste patterns across millions of people. Propped never sees or stores a person.
